📄️ Overview
The Equipment page includes the option to add Solar, Storage, Wind, Solar AC/DC or Solar DC|DC Converter, Storage DC/DC Converter, and a System Converter to your power system design. You may select several pieces of equipment you would like to consider. If you add equipment that requires resource information, you must add the corresponding resource.
📄️ Configuration
The Configuration tab allows you to design an AC or DC Coupled system, set an interconnection limit, add system losses, and also set grid import and export limits.

📄️ Wind
The Wind tab allows you to select a turbine type, enter costs, and select the number of wind turbines you want HOMER Front to consider.
📄️ System Converter
The System Converter page allows you to define the costs and sizing of the system converter.
📄️ Price Escalators
The Price Escalator feature allows you to model price changes that occur over the lifetime of the project. It does this by running a simulation for every year in the project life. Without the escalation, HOMER Front runs a single simulation and extrapolates the results over the rest of the project lifetime. Price Escalation significantly increases the calculation time, but allows you to model some important phenomena that can't be captured in a single year simulation.
